This policy explains what information GoldSec collects, how we use it, who it is shared with and what rights you have. It applies to the website goldsec.co.il and to all of our contact channels, including email, telephone and WhatsApp.

What we collect

We collect only what is needed to respond to enquiries and deliver the service:

• Contact details you give us — name, phone number, email address and organisation name, when you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• The content of our correspondence — the messages you send and our replies, including WhatsApp conversations.
• Information needed to deliver the service — technical or organisational information a client provides during a project, under the engagement agreement.

goldsec.co.il is a static website. We do not run tracking or advertising systems on it, and we do not set cookies for profiling or marketing.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a meeting or call.
• To deliver the service ordered and manage the business relationship.
• To send existing clients operational updates about their service.
• To meet legal obligations, including bookkeeping and reporting requirements.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes.

WhatsApp communication

We use WhatsApp Business as a service and support channel. When you message us on WhatsApp:

• We can see your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name as displayed, and the content of the messages you send.
• We only initiate contact on WhatsApp with people who contacted us first or gave their consent to receive messages.
• We do not send unsolicited marketing messages.
• You can ask us to stop at any time — by replying to a message or emailing info@goldsec.co.il. The request is honoured immediately.

Message delivery itself runs on WhatsApp's infrastructure, a Meta company, and is also subject to Meta's own privacy policy. We retain the content of the conversation in our systems as described in this policy.

Third-party services

To operate the service we rely on the following providers, each processing information on our behalf and under its own privacy policy:

• Cloudflare — website hosting and protection.
• Meta Platforms / WhatsApp — message delivery on the WhatsApp channel.
• Email provider — sending and receiving email.

We do not transfer personal information to anyone else, unless required by law or by order of a competent authority.

How long we keep it

Information from an enquiry that did not lead to an engagement is kept for up to one year from the last contact and is then deleted. Information relating to clients and business engagements is kept for the duration of the engagement and afterwards for the period required by accounting and legal obligations.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information: encrypted transport (HTTPS), access restricted on a need-to-know basis, two-factor authentication on administrative accounts, and separation between environments. That said, no system is entirely immune, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 and the regulations made under it, you have the right to:

• Review the information held about you.
• Request correction of information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
• Request deletion of the information, subject to legal retention obligations.
• Request that we stop contacting you on any channel.

Minors

The service is intended for organisations and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information about minors under the age of 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page, with the last-updated date at the top.
