The services
GoldSec provides information security consulting to organisations and businesses: security architecture, cloud security, regulatory and audit readiness, and risk assessment. Services are delivered under a separate engagement agreement signed with each client, setting out scope, timelines and fees.
Content on this site is general information only. It does not constitute professional advice for any specific circumstances and should not be relied upon without individual assessment.
Contact and engagement
Contacting us through the site, by email, phone or WhatsApp does not create a binding engagement. An engagement takes effect only on signature of an agreement or written acceptance of a quotation.
On the WhatsApp channel we answer enquiries, arrange meetings and send existing clients operational updates. We do not send unsolicited marketing messages, and you can ask us to stop at any time. Further detail is in our privacy policy.
Permitted use of the site
Reasonable personal and business use of the site is permitted. The site may not be used to:
- Carry out unlawful activity or infringe the rights of a third party.
- Attempt unauthorised access to systems or disrupt their operation.
- Automatically harvest content or contact details from the site.
- Impersonate GoldSec or anyone acting on its behalf.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, design, marks and logo — is the property of GoldSec unless stated otherwise. It may not be copied, reproduced or republished without written permission. The GoldSec name and mark belong to GoldSec.
Deliverables provided to a client during a project are governed by that specific engagement agreement.
Confidentiality
Information a client provides during a project is kept confidential and is not disclosed to any third party, except as required by law. Where a project calls for it, a separate confidentiality agreement is signed.
Liability
Services are delivered with reasonable professional skill, in line with accepted practice in the field and based on the information provided to us. That said, information security is a changing field, and we do not warrant that implementing our recommendations will prevent every security incident.
GoldSec's liability in any case shall not exceed the fees actually paid for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or loss of profit.
The site is provided as is. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that it will be free of faults.

The site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page, with the last-updated date at the top.
